I don't usually like him. But this song brought me some... weird feelings.

Gathering...勇気

Martha Graham's 117th Birthday.
Not like I know who she is. Nor will I even attempt to pretend.
The beauty of this doodle, I'm afraid, cannot be shown via this static graphic. The animation is much more creative and.... ermm... beautiful.

Have been meeting lotsa lotsa people recently, which leaves me tired and hardly having any time left for family & the Geek. Not like it matters in his case, since we're going to be facing each other every other day. I just hope I can spend more time with my family (mom, sis, kimonkey, etc) before I jet off. But then again, I enjoy those times catching up with friends, talking about great memories and knowing that we haven't changed a fair bit through these years. And of course, colleagues, whom I hardly spare the time to hang out with but am surprised that they are affected by the departure (is that a good or bad thing?) and want to spend more time before I leave them. I love you guys so much!!! MUAX!

I really appreciate the Geek for being so supportive of everything, despite my doubts from time to time. It doesn't help that family members are all dishing out advices about not going, and what plans I can fall back on should things not work out the way I wished. They really care for me, I never doubted that, and it's obvious the 'noisiest' people are those who worry deep down for me. When you don't control those concerns, they become worries. But I've made up my mind. What I need now, is a little bit more encouragement so that I can do what I want without worrying about falling, and do not regret all these decisions, so that when I do look back at some point in time, I'll be contented and proud of myself that I gave myself such a challenge.

Believe in me lah.
Hope it's not too much to ask for =)

Spoilt

Arrgghhh sometimes i feel like slapping myself for being such a spoilt brat, whenever I cringe at the thoughts of a lower SOL once I leave this place...

Imagine, no breakfast/lunch/dinner whenever you need it.
The comfort of having 1 room to myself the whole day.
No need to do housework. T_T

And the list can go on forever....

Started abit of packing up. Not really packing up but checking the things I need are there. Well, some. As I was looking at the cupboards and shelves ytd, (I think) I found that there isn't that much I wanna bring over with me, provided my bro doesnt take over this room once I step out. Grr....

25 Days

Or rather, 26 days...
This is what I have left here...

Home

It sounds silly and this is totally uncalled for, but I kinda miss Tokyo.
I also know that I would say the same thing about Singapore, in about a month from now.

I'm having mixed feelings about leaving home, my family, friends, and everything here.

Random

Just some very random thoughts, amidst all the GE talks.
We are being told that foreign workers have to be brought in to take up those jobs that the locals shun. It's a fact that I don't deny. But maybe the more effective way is to educate our people that every occupation deserves respect, be it a cleaner, waiter, lawyer or teacher. Look at other countries where they have happy energetic people doing the jobs that Singaporeans won't even consider doing.

Another thing that pains me is seeing our old folks with the bent back still having to do some pretty tough jobs.

Today

Using 2 sentences to describe it.

"In love but torn."

"Loving the time with girls you grow up with, who are irreplaceable
